Cracked ribs, poorly healed fracture, limping: poor Suzie arrived in a sorry state!

1. She was in a terrible state...

Suzie is a dog of around 13 years old, who was abandoned outside our shelter. We had some x-rays done; she has some cracked ribs and a poorly healed fracture in her leg. As she limps and has arthritis, we've given her some treatment.

2. She has heart troubles!

Regrettably, Suzie has a heart murmur. So we have a treatment to administer to ensure that her condition doesn't deteriorate.

3. Canned food would help her maintain herself

A diet specially adapted to her age would be ideal for Suzie. Rich in nutrients, such canned food will give her the energy she needs to get through the day. It could also be an easy way for her to ingest her arthritis and heart medication.

4. We are desperately short of resources!

Since the arrival of COVID, money just isn't coming in anymore. We try to buy food for our entrusted animals, but our means are not limitless...

Meanwhile, requests for help keep pouring in. Regrettably, we can't take in all the animals in need, as we already have 121 darlings to care for!
