Parasites, cat flu, weight loss: little Gaia needs to be perked up!

1. She was in a dreadful state...

Gaia is a three month old kitten, who came to us covered in fleas and lice. We are still treating her, such was the extent of her infestation...

2. She is ill!

Sadly, Gaia has cat flu which is making her cough a lot. Thanks to medication, her condition is improving. But due to the virus, she lacks a significant amount of weight!

3. Blankets would allow her to fully rest

Sleep is crucial for a kitten: with a bundle of blankets, Gaia will have a comfortable and cosy place for her rest. We could wash these for her regularly, whilst we wait for her to be completely free of her pests. Some comfort and warmth will do her a world of good.

4. No less than 50 animals need our help!

We have carried out numerous rescues of kittens needing care. In total, around fifty animals rely on us – many of them ill! This represents a considerable expenditure, at a time when our resources are lacking...
