Having suffered from mistreatment on the streets, poor Maya has developed chronic urinary problems!

1. She has suffered abuse...

Maya is a six-year-old cat, who was found four years ago with her kittens, all of whom have since been adopted. She is very fearful, having suffered abuse when she was living on the streets...

2. She frequently has urinary problems!

Maya frequently experiences urinary tract infections. To help manage her cystitis, we have to administer antibiotics. This provides temporary relief, but the infections always return!

3. Canned food would allow her to healthily regain strength

A wet food diet would be ideal for enabling Maya to stay well-hydrated whilst also gaining strength.

Being able to replenish her energy daily in this way would also greatly boost her spirits, after all she's been through in the past!

4. People give very little...

During the holiday departures this past summer, there were many animals abandoned. So, we had to take on extra care duties which resulted in many more mouths to feed!

Between the cats living on feeding sites and those within the charity, we are looking after a hundred animals... unfortunately, donations are at an all-time low!
