APAHC decided to move forward the ending date of their campaign because the quantity left in their stock of canned food is highly critical.

Worms, thinness, stunted growth: little Asterix is living outside even though he's not well!

1. He's dealing with significant growth delays...

Asterix is approximately two and a half months old. He's still suckling, but his mother must not have enough milk as he's small and very thin.

He also has worms, which isn't helping matters! We haven't been able to get close enough to treat him yet.

2. He lives outdoors, left to fend for himself...

Asterix is outside with his mother and siblings, between a village and a forest. Unfortunately, he has nowhere to take shelter. Thus, he's living in the scrubland, at the mercy of numerous predators...

3. Adequate canned food would help him gain weight

To effectively replenish his good nutrients and gradually wean off the milk, Asterix will need kitten appropriate canned food.

Having a diet that's rich in protein and vitamins would give a real boost to his growth! Gradually, we could get closer to him, in order to deworm him and provide the best possible care.

4. Hundreds of felines are counting on us!

We have had many births this year. A lot of kittens were ill, which entails costs that we struggle to cover...

In fact, we already need to meet the needs of 350 animals, including about 200 free cats! With the cost of food, blankets, care, and shelters... we're at our wit's end!
