Poor Foufou is old, sick and lives outdoors...

1. He struggles to eat…

Foufou is a very old cat who has chronic calicivirus. The inside of his mouth is inflamed, causing him to drool a lot. Eating dry food has become too painful for him. We therefore inject him with painkillers from time to time to help ease his discomfort…

2. He lives outdoors!

Scared of other cats in the refuge, Foufou refuses to come inside and lives outdoors, no matter the weather. When it rains, he shelters as best he can among the bamboo and reeds.

3. A shelter would protect him from the elements

Providing Foufou with a cat kennel would give him a place to settle and rest. The comfort of not having to sleep in the rain and wind, especially with the arrival of autumn, would be of great relief to him.

4. The return of cold weather worries us!

Between the kittens, the adult cats who are unwell and numerous veterinary costs, our financial resources have hit rock bottom! We need to prepare for the return of cold and damp conditions… Your help would be more than welcome to resupply our stocks of canned food, blankets and shelters for our protected animals!
