Muscle loss, thinness, imbalances: poor Igloo is not in good shape!

1. He remains very thin, despite receiving care…

Igloo is an 8-year-old horse whom we rescued a year and a half ago. He is in poor condition and struggling to regain weight.

Being overly thin, he lacks muscle mass and even tends to stumble, almost as if he suffers from ataxia. He is therefore regularly assisted by an osteopath.

2. Pellets would help him to strengthen and gain weight

Rich and suitable feed such as pellets would be ideal for Igloo. Having access to such a diet every day would help him regain his health, develop his musculature and gain stability.

3. The summer drought has directly impacted our budget!

Feeding the hundred animals that depend on us is very costly! With the drought this summer, we have had to buy even more hay and pellets out of our own pocket… but we can’t keep this up indefinitely!
