Emaciated, young Nino had to be urgently placed in an incubator...

1. He's seriously behind in his growth...

Nino is a six-week-old kitten, whose mother can't breastfeed due to an infection. Because he's been short on food, he's seriously behind in his growth and had to be placed in an incubator. He's also weaning at the same time.

2. Blankets would keep him nice and warm

Once out of the incubator, Nino would need to be kept warm while he strengthens his body. Being protected from humidity and drafts would allow him to fully rest, and slowly start to regain his energy and improve his condition.

3. We can't finance everything indefinitely!

We've taken on new cases this season, and welcomed 19 kittens! But donations remain very low. So we've had to buy canned food with our personal funds, which sadly aren't unlimited...
