Poor Arthur lives outside and has injured his eye!

1. He has an eye wound…

Arthur is a cat of about six years old who has an eye problem. There is pus oozing out and his third eyelid has risen… He has also lost a lot of weight. We are not yet sure if he has been in a fight or if it is due to a grass seed. We are trying to catch him to get him medical treatment.

2. He lives outdoors!

Arthur lives outdoors, close to a retention pond. He has no shelter there… Unfortunately, the area is very exposed to the elements!

3. With a shelter, he could protect himself from the rain

A shelter would give Arthur a place to go to protect himself from the weather. We would put food and blankets in it so that he could easily find everything he needs to survive the winter.

4. A hundred free cats are counting on us!

Like many small organisations, we face significant expenses for veterinary bills and feeding our wards.

In the early years, we used to manage with trolley collections. Unfortunately, the store that hosted us no longer accepts collections for animal causes… We are finding it very hard to get by!
