Damaged eyes, multiple injuries, missing teeth: life outdoors hasn't been kind to poor Mont Blanc!

1. He's in a dreadful state!

Mont Blanc is a cat of around 12 years old, who's in quite a bad way as he frequently gets into fights (despite being neutered). He also had a severe bout of cat flu in the past, which has left him with some lasting effects: his vision is poor. As he's aged, he's lost a lot of teeth and struggles to eat!

2. He has no shelter...

Mont Blanc lives outside. He unfortunately doesn't have anywhere to shelter, except for a polystyrene hideaway that leaks...

3. A niche would provide him with a safe place to take refuge

With a niche, Mont Blanc could finally have a roof over his head in case of bad weather. Not ending up soaked and chilled to the bone on a regular basis would be a real relief for him! He could finally rest more peacefully.

4. We are lacking the funds to carry out our actions effectively!

We've taken on a lot of new cases lately, bringing the number of animals in our care to around forty.

The local council only gives us a grant of £500 a year, which is nowhere near enough to cover all the costs. Unfortunately, donations fall far short and have not increased!
