Hearthland Royal Horse decided to move forward the ending date of their campaign because the quantity left in their stock of pellets is highly critical.

Arthritis, joint stiffness... poor Mowgli is finding it increasingly difficult to move around!

1. Age has brought joint pain...

Mowgli is a 29-year-old Shetland pony that we took in to spare him from the slaughterhouse. As he's gotten older, he's developed more arthritis. He's stiff in his legs and has difficulty moving. We keep a close eye on him because his condition could deteriorate at any time!

2. Pellets could help him maintain his health

A supplementary diet of pellets could greatly help Mowgli. Access to such healthy and balanced food would help him maintain his condition despite his age. This would help him better withstand the coming winter.

3. We are still reeling from the summer's events!

Following the droughts this summer, several animals fell ill. As there was no more grass in the fields, we were forced to switch to pellets and hay ahead of schedule...incurring significant expenses! Now, we don't have enough resources to acquire more!
