1. She is not spared by age...

Neli is a 17-year-old cat who found herself to be homeless when her owner moved into a nursing home.

She has arthritis and can no longer jump. Her teeth are considerably damaged, making it difficult for her to chew, and she has lost a lot of weight. Poor Neli only weighs 1.2 kg!

2. She lives outside!

As she is quite old, no one wants to adopt Neli. She lives near her old house and takes shelter in a hedge when it rains... This is no life for a cat as elderly and vulnerable as she is!

3. A pet house would offer valuable shelter

With a pet house, Neli would have a place just for her to take refuge during bad weather. Having a roof over her head again would allow her to sleep better, providing immense comfort!

4. It's a nightmare!

We've never seen so many abandoned cats in our association's existence. This year, there are also plenty of kittens, many of whom have cat flu and live outdoors, with nowhere to go.

Taking care of and feeding them requires a colossal budget! Unfortunately, we don't have space to shelter them, nor enough budget to provide them with blankets and pet houses...
