Poor Lara was found with a huge facial wound...

1. She is injured!

Lara, a five-year-old feline, has a serious facial wound. We are providing her with antibiotic and anti-inflammatory treatments as prescribed by the vet, both to lessen the pain and to prevent any infection. The poor thing is considerably weakened and has lost a lot of weight...

2. She lives in the cold...

Lara is a free-roaming feline who lives outdoors, in a wide-open rural setting. There, she has no shelter and often gets drenched in the rain...

3. A kennel could offer her protection from the elements

To shield her from the wind and rain, Lara would tremendously benefit from a kennel. This would provide her with a place to seek refuge during the winter, and keep her safe from the cold. Her rest would be more restorative, which would help her get through this difficult season.

4. Our resources are critically low!

The cats need help, but donations have never been so low! Without a budget to buy them food, provide them with kennels, blankets, and medical treatment, we just can't work miracles...
