Tremors, balance problems, difficulties walking: poor Aloé was found on the road with a severe disability!

1. She is severely handicapped and could have been lost!

Aloe is a four-month-old kitten who was found beside the road, suffering from a significant disability. She could easily have been run over!

Bearing the effects of ataxia, she struggles to walk due to a neurological condition causing her imbalance. She trembles constantly and is unable to jump. That's why we took her under our wing.

2. Blankets would help to make her environment safe

With a supply of blankets, we could create a dedicated area for Aloe, where she could move around without risking injury should she fall. Once cosy in her blankets, she could also more easily retain her body heat. With winter coming, she would stay nice and warm!

3. We lack the funds necessary for our work!

We've had many new cases to deal with recently, taking the number of animals in our care up to around forty.

The local council provides us with only 500 Euros in subsidies each year, far from enough to cover all the expenses. Unfortunately, donations simply aren't sufficient to fill the gap and have not increased!
