Bamboo is a 15-year-old cat, who is a carrier of FIV (feline immunodeficiency syndrome). He's developed the feline equivalent of AIDS: his immune system is ineffective, leaving him highly susceptible to viruses and infections...

2. He has cancer!

Weakened, Bamboo has been diagnosed with cancer. We had to remove one of his eyes to slow down the disease's progression. Despite the treatment, his scar itches and he scratches a lot.

3. Canned food would help him to regain strength

A quality diet rich in vitamins would be ideal for Bamboo during his post-operative recovery. Easy to ingest, this type of food would meet his daily nutritional needs, providing precious energy to his weakened system.
