Purulent nose, sinus pain, sneezing: poor Iris has severe cat flu!

1. She's not doing well...

Iris is an eight-year-old cat who, sadly, is suffering from a severe cat flu. The disease has chronically settled in her sinuses and mouth: her nose is oozing pus, she sneezes often, and drools excessively!

As a result, we've been adding antibiotics and cortisone to her food to help alleviate her discomfort.

2. Her kidneys aren't functioning properly!

Unfortunately, Iris is showing signs of kidney failure. Elevated levels of urea and creatinine signal that her body is under stress. She has substantially lost weight in recent times!

3. She lives outdoors!

Incredibly shy, Iris can't stand being indoors. Consequently, she spends all her time outside, no matter if it's raining! As the weather turns colder and wetter, our concern for her only grows...

4. Suitable food would help her regain strength

Canned food designed to ease kidney strain would provide Iris with a safe, healthy source of nutrition. Easy to consume and balanced, this diet would effectively help her regain strength and vitality. It would be a real breakthrough in her daily routine!

5. Winter is coming, and we're worried...

Despite our best efforts, our collection drives yield very little. As a result, the association is beginning to run short of food for the animals under its care...

With winter on its way, we also need blankets and cat houses. Without these, our poor cats might not make it!
