1. Mouth pain is preventing her from eating properly…

Chapie is approximately a seven-year-old cat, suffering from a condition called gingivostomatitis: her gums are highly inflamed and irritated which made it difficult for her to eat, resulting in significant weight loss...

As a result, we administered an injection of anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medication to ease her pain. She has slowly begun to eat again.

2. Canned food could help her quickly regain energy

A diet of wet food would be ideal for Chapie, allowing her to eat without experiencing pain. Easy to digest and ingest, wet food could provide her with essential nutrients, helping her to regain weight and strength.

3. We struggle to keep our heads above water…

We find ourselves in a troubling situation: the organisation is at full capacity as we try to handle the large number of sick cats, all without any financial aid. What little we received from the local council has already been spent on medical care… leaving us without the means to provide for our cats' meals!
