1. He's losing condition...

Nouba is a horse of around 26 years old, who we took in because his owner was ill and unable to care for him. As he's aged, his teeth are worn and he has difficulty chewing. So, he's a little underweight...

2. Pellets would help him gain weight

A nutrient-rich and balanced diet, like moist pellets, would provide Nouba with all the nutrients he needs to regain his strength easily.

Having such food on a regular basis would help to maintain his health, despite his age and the winter temperatures.

3. It's been a challenging year on all fronts!

There have been few adoptions, as we have a high number of animals with health issues that deter people. Dealing with all our responsibilities with the limited aid we receive is a real struggle, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to cope...
