Kidney problems, mouth ulcers, difficulties eating: poor Malice is dealing with a multitude of health issues!

1. She struggles to eat...

Malice is a cat of about 13 years who was abandoned. We took her in two weeks ago, as she has a severe case of calicivirus. Her teeth are in a poor state, and ulcers in her mouth hinder her ability to eat... Consequently, she doesn’t eat much!

2. Her kidneys are not functioning properly!

With age, Malice suffers from renal failure. This means her kidneys no longer efficiently filter toxins out of her body, which causes her significant fatigue.

3. Blankets would keep her warm

A pack of blankets would bring great comfort to Malice. With the return of winter and its chill, she would be delighted to snuggle into them. By helping her conserve her body heat, they would allow her to experience more restorative sleep.

4. We’re finding it increasingly hard to cope!

Times are currently challenging for our association. Our financial situation isn't improving and despite the onset of autumn, we’re still taking in kittens from everywhere! But we lack foster homes and cannot accommodate them all...
