Coughing, mouth ulcers, diarrhoea: poor Betameche is dealing with a multitude of health problems!

1. He's got gastrointestinal issues…

Betameche is a cat of around 10 years old, who was discovered suffering from severe diarrhoea due to coccidiosis. His abdomen is extremely distended, as he has a lot of worms. We have dewormed him, but the diarrhoea is still persistent…all this is draining him of much energy!

2. He's not in good shape…

Affected by chronic cat flu, Betameche has ulcers in his mouth and regularly has a cough, despite treatment.

3. He needs specialised canned food to regain strength

Canned paté, specially designed to be gentle on the intestines would be perfect for Betameche. They would allow him to eat without difficulty, whilst keeping him hydrated. This food, easier to ingest, would help him maintain his strength despite his health issues.

4. We lack the means…

We have taken in several cats in disastrous states. Unfortunately, people are not often quick to donate… So, we are badly short of budget to cover the veterinary expenses and purchase of food!
