Poor Lara was found with a huge wound on her face...

1. She's injured!

Lara is a five-year-old cat with a severe facial wound. We are administering antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medication prescribed by the vet, to alleviate the pain and prevent infection. The poor thing is very weak and thin...

2. She lives in the cold...

Lara is a feral cat living outdoors, at a rural location. There, she has no place to take shelter, and often ends up soaked by the rain...

3. Blankets would keep her warm

To maintain her body temperature despite the winter, Lara could really do with some blankets. She could snuggle into them out of the dampness. No longer having to sleep directly on the ground would facilitate a more restorative rest.

4. We’re in the red!

The cats need help, but donations have never been so low! Without a budget to provide them with canned food, supply shelters, blankets and medical care, we are unable to work wonders...
