Berlioz, who is positive for feline AIDS and has liver problems, needs to stay warm!

1. He is facing numerous health issues…

Berlioz is a five-year-old cat, found wandering the streets. In foster care for two months now, he is positive for feline AIDS and has liver issues (an enlarged liver). He may also be allergic to fleas… All these health conditions make Berlioz a particularly delicate cat, that we must take great care of.

2. Blankets would help conserve his energy

With blankets, Berlioz could snuggle up warm and rest. His sleep would therefore be more restorative, preventing him from using too much energy to maintain his body temperature. This would increase his chances of staying healthy despite his medical issues.

3. Our finances no longer allow us to feed all the cats!

We are responsible for feeding a large number of cats and our finances won’t allow us to cater for the nutritional needs of all our charges till the end of the year... The lack of resources and foster homes forces us to prioritise only the most endangered and suffering cats. We really need help!
