Mimoon suffers from a widespread malformation that makes him extremely fragile!

1. He has a generalised birth defect…

Arriving with us shortly after weaning, Mimoon is a 3-year-old horse, suffering from a birth defect. Initially, we thought this just made him hunchbacked, but in reality, his entire body is affected! His organs are in disarray, and his oesophagus is deformed: we must therefore be very careful about what he eats to avoid esophageal obstructions. Mimoon is extremely fragile and requires increased monitoring.

2. Rehydrated pellets would help him stay fit

A supplementation with rehydrated pellets would be ideal for Mimoon. Perfectly suited to his oesophagus, the pellets would allow him to receive a complete ration and keep fit, despite his unusual status.

3. Very high veterinary costs put us in difficulty…

We had to face very high veterinary costs between June and August, to a total of €4000. Between the dental abscess of Plonker, the care for Jupiter who we failed to save despite all our efforts, the examinations for Quetzal who passed away from a tumour leading to internal bleeding, and Fraise with her eye ulcer... These expenses put us in a great financial difficulty!
