1. She was in a critical condition!

Raven is a five-year-old dog we found in April, riddled with injuries. Poor thing had just been attacked by a large dog and abandoned on the spot!

She had gaping wounds on her neck, chest, legs and was in a state of shock and hypothermia. Hospitalised, and operated on as an emergency, she was finally stabilised.

2. She still suffers from her injuries...

After major surgery and several weeks of care and convalescence, Raven still carries the scars of her wounds. She limps on two legs, her whole right side is weakened and she remains fearful...

3. Canned food would help her regain her strength

A tasty and appealing diet would bring great comfort to Raven, after everything she has been through. She could regain strength daily by replenishing nutrients, and gradually regain better health.

4. It’s a financial disaster!

Since spring 2025, the number of admissions has increased. There are always more abandoned animals, and we are dealing with a lot of veterinary emergencies. Financially, the situation of the association is disastrous!
