Inflammation in the mouth, ulcer on the tongue: poor Bouillotte has a severe case of calicivirus!

1. He's struggling with a persistent calicivirus...

Bouillotte is a 12-year-old cat fighting a serious calicivirus. The inside of his mouth is highly inflamed, and he has a huge ulcer on his tongue!

Unfortunately, we cannot operate to remove his teeth (which might provide relief), as he is too old. He might not survive such a procedure...

2. Appropriate canned food could help him regain his strength nonetheless

A soft food, such as senior canned food, would be perfect for Bouillotte. Easier to swallow and less irritating than kibble, such a diet would provide him with all the nutrients he needs daily to recharge his energy, despite his illness.

3. We're facing a crisis...

Between the cats with disabilities and those with serious illnesses, we are confronted with enormous veterinary costs. Prescription food is also very expensive. With the crisis, we no longer have the means to handle everything on our own!
