Thin and sick, poor Charlie is going to spend another winter outside...!

1. He lives on the streets, even though he's not well...

Charlie is an eight-year-old cat, living on the streets as we simply cannot find him a foster home. The poor fellow is extremely skinny, as chronic gingivitis troubles him while eating.

He is also quite weakened, since he's a carrier of the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). We are regularly administering injections to ease his discomfort. But with winter setting in, we are fearful for him...

2. To regain some weight, he's going to need canned food

Wet food designed for senior cats would be most suitable for Charlie. Such nutrition would allow him to eat easily and with consistency. He could thus gradually gain weight and be out of danger.

3. Our food supplies will soon be dry!

Our association takes care of around fifty adult cats on a daily basis. We have neutered and identified them, but feeding them is a struggle due to insufficient funds. The donations and collections made, indeed, fall far short of covering all the costs…
