Marcus, who is currently being weaned, is struggling to switch from milk to hay and is rapidly losing energy!

1. He is in the process of weaning and remains very vulnerable...

Marcus is a young kid of about 4 months, saved from a cheese shop where, as a male, he was destined for the slaughterhouse.

Rescued when he was just a few days old, he is now growing up in the shelter, but his weaning remains delicate: the transition from milk to hay is hard. The poor thing is struggling to meet his energetic needs...

2. Pellets would help him to wean and strengthen

Pellets would be a precious aid for Marcus: easy to eat, rich in energy and nutrients, they would facilitate his dietary transition and help him effectively gain weight. They would provide essential support for his continued growth!

3. The lack of grass handicaps us...

Currently, we are dealing with substantial veterinary costs, following new intakes. Unfortunately, the grass has not yet regrown and our hay reserves are diminishing... With around 120 animals to manage, the situation is rapidly becoming critical!
