Cookie is a four-year-old dog, whom we took in following the death of her owner. She regularly suffers from ear infections, causing her discomfort and inconvenience on daily basis, and sometimes her appetite decreases when she's in pain...

2. Canned food would allow her to eat without discomfort

Wet food would be ideal for Cookie. More palatable and easier to eat than kibble, canned food would help her maintain a good diet during the periods when her ear infections flare up. She could thus stay active and healthy despite everything.
