Ever since his old wounds reopened, J’t’ador has needed to remain in convalescence…

1. She must remain in her stable to treat her wounds!

J’t’ador is a seven-year-old mare, which had previously suffered from a rear leg injury. Unfortunately, her scars recently reopened and we had to call in the vet.

Now on antibiotics and receiving local care, she has bandages on and must stay in her stable to avoid dirtying her wounds, making her recovery long and problematic ...

2. Pellets would support her recovery

Pellets would cover her nutritional needs during this period of immobility. By supporting her body, it would encourage good healing and help her maintain a good overall condition, despite forced rest.

3. There is hardly any grass in the meadows!

We are receiving more and more requests for assistance, but no more help is being given. With the rainy weather, there is little grass in the meadows. In the face of wet weather, the animals need to have their diet supplemented ...but we are running out of supplies!
