Cough, rapid breathing: little Goddess was born just before the fires!

1. She's not doing well…

Déesse is a six-month-old kitten, who was outside during the fires: she had only just been born! Since then, she has weakened, coughs, and breathes very quickly... We do not yet know if this is linked to a heart problem or a lung infection.

2. She lives outside, amongst the remnants of the fire…

Due to a lack of foster families, Déesse still lives outside. There is nothing left on the site: everything has been burnt! Recent rains have caused mud everywhere... The place is particularly damp and it gets very cold at night!

3. With a kennel, she would be sheltered from the rain

A kennel would provide Déesse with the refuge she needs, while waiting for a real home and loving family. It would be a good way to protect her against the weather, to help her sleep at night. Some rest would be of immense comfort following her ordeal!

4. Our budget has gone up in smoke due to the fires!

Since the fires, we are still facing enormous difficulties. All our finances have gone into caring for injured and burnt cats! Aid and donations are insufficient... It's becoming very difficult to continue our activities under these conditions!
