Very elderly and weakened by a stroke, the gentle Milka has been through a lot...

1. She suffered a stroke...

Milka is a cat of around 15 years old, who lived at a feeding site. She has had several kittens, one of whom tragically passed away. She then fell victim to a stroke which left her completely paralysed!

Thanks to treatment, she was able to recover, but still suffers from after-effects. Her head remains tilted, she sometimes wobbles and can become disorientated.

2. Providing her with suitable canned food would help her gain weight

A diet tailored for older cats would enable Milka to maintain her weight, despite the consequences of the stroke. Canned food, which is easier for her to eat than dry food, would greatly improve her quality of life.

3. We're severely overwhelmed!

Our organisation's situation has become so critical that we're desperate! A majority of our cats are older and require care, shelters, blankets, and suitable canned food.

All of this is particularly costly. Having to care for over 120 animals, we have ended up in debt... and there's no end in sight!
