Poor Shadow Game has some serious back problems!

1. He has a problem with his vertebrae…

Shadow Play is a 13-year-old thoroughbred, who was abandoned with us last November. He suffers from a spinal conflict in his back, which leaves him very fragile because it’s painful.

We have to shoe him and give him specific protections, because without these, he limps heavily and can barely move…

2. To keep in shape, he's going to need pellets

A healthy and appropriate diet like pellets would give Shadow Play the essential nutrients his weakened body needs. This would help him keep up and recharge his energy, to confront the difficulties of everyday life.

3. Adoptions are becoming more and more rare…

At the moment, our association is going through a truly difficult period: donations are scarce, there are very few adoptions and our animals, having just come out of winter, need supplementary feeding more than ever… But pellets are expensive, we don’t have the funds to buy more!
