Arthritis, weight loss, damaged teeth: Galipette has aged and has become frail!

1. She is becoming more and more fragile!

Galipette is a 31-year-old mare, whom we took into our care two years ago, following a bankruptcy. She is very old, and this has led to the development of arthritis and damaged teeth, both of which hinder her ability to move and eat.

It's a vicious cycle: as she moves less and eats little, she loses weight... you can even see her ribs!

2. Pellets could help her sustain herself

A feed that we can moisten would be easier for Galipette to ingest. Such pellets would provide invaluable nutrients, helping her to gain weight effectively. Despite her age, she could thus regain a little strength.

3. We are running out of stocks!

Our association rescues pets, farm animals and exotic species in need. Unfortunately, we have numerous expenses and a great deal to do! At present, we simply can't afford to buy pellets...
