Found with a gaping wound in her neck, Aluna is struggling a lot to heal...

1. She was seriously injured!

Aluna is a three-year-old cat, who had a very large wound on her neck when we took her in. She has been convalescing for the past three months, as her wound is healing slowly.

Despite antibiotics and painkillers, Aluna scratches herself a lot, which isn't helping.

2. To regain her strength, she is going to need canned food

A diet rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals would be perfect for Aluna. Such a palatable and easy-to-digest meal could help her take her medications more easily. It would also allow her to efficiently replenish her energy levels.

3. Hundreds of tomcats are relying on us!

Recently, we have taken in many sick cats, injured ones, or those carrying FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Syndrome). In a year, we have cared for no less than 241 needy tomcats... It's huge!

Currently, 81 cats are housed in our facilities and we feed around 500 street cats. The food needs are therefore colossal, given our limited resources!
