Damaged hooves, lameness: with age, Ruben is becoming more fragile…

1. He's not in great shape anymore...

Ruben is a six-year-old sheep who came to the sanctuary for his retirement. As he's aged, his hooves have become worn and need regular trimming. From time to time, he also limps on a front leg, which doesn't make it easy for him to get around...

2. Pellets would help him maintain his health

To ensure he remains healthy, we have to make sure that Ruben doesn't want for anything. Pellets would be excellent for supplementing his diet, so that he can eat healthily without missing any nutrients.

3. Veterinary bills are colossal!

Our animal sanctuary has been in existence since December 2023, located in Normandy. At present, we house around 120 boarders and manage to hold on solely due to donations.

Sadly, the veterinary expenses and food costs are astronomical! Thus, our expenditures far outweigh our income...
