1. She's not doing well…

Perseus is a kitten, about nine months old, who is very sick. Due to a severe case of cat flu, her eyes are leaking, her nose is blocked and she is coughing.

All of this is severely tiring her out! We even suspect she may have a fever... We are doing all we can to take care of her!

2. She's living outdoors, amidst the remnants of the fire…

Due to not having a sufficient number of fostering families, Perseus is still living outside. There's nothing left out there: everything was burnt to the ground! Recent rains have made everything muddy... The place is particularly damp and it gets very cold at night!

3. With some blankets, she wouldn't have to sleep directly on the ground

A set of blankets would provide Perseus with a cosy and comfortable place to take refuge. It would be a good way for her to preserve her body heat and sleep better at night. A bit of comfort would be a great solace in her situation!

4. Our budget has gone up in smoke due to the fires!

Since the fires, we have consistently faced enormous challenges. All of our finances have been drained on medical care for the injured and burnt cats! The aid and donations we receive are insufficient… It's becoming very difficult to continue our work under these conditions!
