1. She was knocked out by giardia...

Louna is a seven-month-old kitten that we found a few weeks ago at a feeding site. She was infected by an intestinal parasite: poor thing, she had giardia.

Despite treatment, she still suffers from significant diarrhoea. She has regained a little weight, but remains quite thin and tired... so we have placed her in a foster home.

2. She needs specialised canned food to regain her strength

A diet especially designed to support a fragile intestine would help Louna to effectively recover weight and strength. It would also provide her with daily rehydration. Her continued growth would be much more stable as a result!

3. An epidemic has disrupted the already precarious financial balance of our association...
