Due to a calicivirus, poor Ginko is struggling to eat and groom himself...

1. He has a severe case of calicivirus!

Ginko is a cat of about 10 years, who has a calicivirus. The disease causes him significant lesions in his mouth, which don't heal despite care.

We therefore had to remove some of his teeth and give him painkiller injections to alleviate his suffering...

2. Canned food would enable him to eat despite the disease

To refill his daily doses of vitamins, proteins, and minerals, Ginko is going to need a wet diet, suitable for his age.

Such canned food would be perfect for boosting his strength and allowing him to enjoy his golden years more peacefully!

3. We’re overwhelmed!

We’ve been a sanctuary since 2021, and are managing a hundred toms, including around sixty stray cats.

Sadly, our needs exceed our resources and we don’t have sufficient budget to purchase food specially for those of our charges who need it the most…
