Poor Fred had several skin tumours and had to undergo gruelling chemotherapy!

1. He's undergone a very heavy treatment!

Fred is an 11-year-old horse, who was no longer good enough for racing. So we took him in to save him from the slaughterhouse.

A few months ago, he started to develop sarcoids (skin tumours) all over his sheath area. Three hospital stays and chemotherapy were necessary to remove them. It was very hard on him!

2. To bounce back, he will need pellets

Pellets would be very valuable to supplement Fred at the end of his convalescence. High in vitamins and minerals, such a diet would meet his daily nutritional needs. He could therefore replenish his energy and gradually regain better form.

3. Our stocks have run out!

We ran out of our pellet stocks several weeks ago...

Unfortunately, we don't have enough financial resources to buy more. With the summer and potential drought spells, there will hardly be any grass in the meadows. So, we need your help!
