Lola is a two-year-old cat, struggling on her own while pregnant. An ultrasound revealed that she’s expecting four kittens. As she’s incredibly skinny, we’ve placed her in a foster home to help her recover and get rid of parasites.
A complete, protein-rich diet would be perfect to help Lola effectively gain weight ahead of her kittens’ birth.
She would then be in better health and able to welcome and nurse them in optimal conditions.
Our charity manages several feeding sites, but we are struggling to make ends meet. We work both with free-roaming cats and foster families who look after the most unwell moggies.
Since we have only been in existence for a year and a half, we are not yet eligible for subsidies… making our situation all the more difficult!
