1. She finds it very difficult to eat...

Chapi is a cat of around nine years old, suffering from recurrent gingivitis. She has abscesses on her gums, and the inside of her mouth is so inflamed that she struggles to eat.

We are managing to give her some treatment to alleviate her discomfort a little, but she has lost weight...

2. Tailored canned food would allow her to regain her strength

Wet food specifically designed for senior cats would give Chapi a chance to regain her strength without pain. It would also be a good method for her to take her medicine and stay hydrated throughout the day.

3. The crisis directly impacts us!

Many of our charges are ill, and new arrivals have also come to us in a very poor state.

With nearly 80 cats to look after, the vet appointments are stacking up and so are the costs... Unfortunately, the in-store collections are simply not adequate!
