Old and ill, Krysta needs a pick-me-up...

1. She's struggling to eat...

Krysta is an 11-year-old cat, who was living outdoors and we took her in because she was completely disoriented due to construction work at her feeding site.

She has FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), and she also suffers from chronic gingivitis. Despite having a dental extraction to relieve her gum inflammation, she still cannot eat dry food...

2. Blankets would provide the comfort she needs

To regain strength, Krysta will need a lot of rest. Blankets would be perfect to offer her a cosy spot to settle down, to benefit from restorative sleep.

3. Sadly, abandonments are all too frequent...

We have recently taken care of many unweaned kittens that needed to be bottle-fed. Adult cats have also been abandoned, which means we now have many new mouths to feed... That's a lot of expense for our association!
