Injured in the eye, poor Maximus narrowly escaped the slaughterhouse!

1. He was saved in the nick of time!

Maximus is a four-year-old horse, rescued from the slaughterhouse when he was only seven months old. His owner wanted to get rid of him because he had severely injured one of his eyes with a branch. Thankfully, we were able to take him in before it was too late.

2. Pellets would help him stay healthy

A diet enriched with vitamins and minerals like pellets would be perfect for Maximus. Such a dietary supplement would help him stay fit and meet all his nutritional needs daily.

3. We do not have any pasture!

With 19 charges, our food requirements are growing, but donations are not keeping pace. Currently, we have less than three weeks of stock remaining because we do not have any pasture. After that, we do not know what we are going to do...
