Aged and thinning, Minette's kidneys are also increasingly weak...

1. Her health is deteriorating...

Minette is a cat of around 11 years, whose urea level is above average. She has shed weight, suggesting signs of early kidney failure. We are therefore providing treatment and monitoring her closely.

2. She lives outside!

Poor Minette lives outside, unfortunately. There, she doesn't have a shelter of her own. She often gets chilled to her bones when it rains, which doesn't help to improve her condition at all...

3. A kennel would shelter her from the weather

A shelter would offer Minette a refuge where she could rest in foul weather. She would benefit from more restorative sleep, which would be very valuable at her age.

4. We are sorely lacking resources...

Many of our cats have medical conditions and require a suitable diet and equipment, which we unfortunately do not have the means to buy. In total, there are nearly one hundred of them relying on us!
