Chewing lice, vomiting, cat flu: poor little Lana was found in a critical condition!

1. She has cat flu!

Lana is a kitten of about three months who was found when she was only three weeks old.

Suffering from cat flu, she had a closed and purulent eye, a blocked nose, and difficulty breathing. The symptoms are just beginning to alleviate thanks to treatment.

2. She is infested with parasites...

A victim of anaemia due to biting lice, Lana also vomited worms. She has additionally developed a gastric infection related to the parasites and suffered a prolapsed anus which led to a vet visit.

She is currently in a foster home where she is receiving appropriate treatment.

3. Blankets would keep her warm this winter

A set of blankets would be perfect to help Lana maintain her body heat efficiently while sleeping. It would also provide her with a clean and comfy spot to rest at any time.

4. We are overwhelmed!

We currently have about twenty animals to care for. Between veterinary costs, purchasing food, and the need for blankets, our budget just isn’t stretching far enough... We are completely financially overwhelmed!
