1) In Morocco, there is non longer kibble at Michèle's shelter! If we don't do anything, here are some of the 700 dogs that will soon be starving...
"Kibble budget represents 80% of our spending: if the stock is empty, then dogs might fight"! told us Michèle, worried about the health of her dogs...
2) The shelter welcomes 700 dogs, they live within packs, when there are no more kibble, the dominant ones will kill the weakest, it is a natural phenomenon that is observed in the case of starvation.
"When the dogs have eaten well, I can see that the dogs are calm. However, when they are hungry, they become aggressive, I'm scared I won't be able to intervene ... "says Michèle.
3) When Michèle will be out of kibble, one of the first dogs to die will be little Zac, because he is already very weak due to his skin disease.
"Zac has just started a treatment to overcome his skin disease: weakened, he will have a great deal of pain to heal if he does not eat kibble ..." she told us.
4) Michele wanted to buy kibble for her dogs, but she couldn't afford it, it has now been 10 years since she is dedicating her life to protecting her dogs.
"All the dogs in the shelter are sterilized, but this is a huge financial blow, we can no longer buy kibble ..." Michèle worries.
5) Michèle is not asking for money ... Only kibble to feed her hungry 700 dogs!
"We cannot release the dogs out of the shelter, they will be killed! We have spent so much money and energy on vaccinating and sterilizing them ..." Michele told us, helpless.
6) If this collection succeeds, Michele will receive no money, but 5000 kilos of Animal Webaction kibble. This food will be used to feed the 700 dogs in the shelter, they will be saved!
Animal Webaction has a logistics platform in Morocco, as soon as the collection is successful, the kibble will be delivered to Michèle's shelter.
7) However, if the goal of the collection is not reached, the collection will fail, and the dogs will not receive any kibble: this happens regularly on Animal Webaction ...
When a collection fails, Animal Webaction cannot purchase the products, the collection is not delivered and all donors are reimbursed.
8) Michèle is really worried ... This collection is her last chance to save her dogs. Her last calls for help have failed, and she is often alone facing difficulties.
"As it is difficult to find employees and that there are no volunteers, I have to take on the responsibilities of the shelter alone. Fortunately, a Swiss association supports us, but it doesn't have the means to buy kibble on a regular basis..."
