Iado was found on a site where all cats carry typhus. This is a very serious disease, which can be fatal in more than one out of two cases . As he is only 5 months old and his condition was critical, he had to be hospitalized!
Unfortunately, Iado is still under treatment for ringworm. As if that wasn't bad enough, his nose is still blocked, and he has to take antibiotics in addition.
Weakened by the disease and not yet at the end of his growth, Iado will need bagged food to get enough energy.
Recently, we have had to take care of many free cats living in the yard of a retirement home. On the spot, the felines were almost all sick, and they kept proliferating. The kittens were taken into care, and the older cats were spayed or neutered... all at our expense.
Debts are piling up, while we still have so much left to do to help the cats on this site!
