Afflicted with a skin infection, Harry is exhausted and needs to regain his strength...

1. He's suffering from a skin infection!

Harry is a 2 year old donkey who suffers from pyoderma: this skin infection caused by a bacteria results in itchy patches of skin and hair loss. In spite of the care we have been giving him for 15 days, he spends his time scratching and is literally exhausted!

2. We no longer have any pellets to make him take his medication, essential to help him get better

Harry not only needs pellets to regain his strength, but also to take his pills. Without his treatment, his skin infection may get the better of him!

3. We're overwhelmed!

With nearly 350 donkeys to feed every day, we are completely overwhelmed: there is still not enough grass in the meadows and we can't find pellets in the store because of the lockdown. Only hay remains, but our sickest equids can't live on it (some of them can't even eat it!).
