Caesar is so sick that he's very thin and suffers from anemia!

1. He is considerably weakened by an illness...

Caesar has leukemia, a disease that gradually destroys his immune system. He is thinner, weakened and severely anemic. We are giving him iron, as well as daily anti-inflammatory treatment, in the hope of alleviating his suffering.

2. We no longer have any food pouches for him to take his medication

To ease his pain, Caesar has to take medicine, which we can only give him in food pouches. Moreover, this is the only food that will allow him to regain his strength on a daily basis. Unfortunately, we are almost out of it!

3. We're on the verge of closing down!

Since January, we have had many veterinary bills to pay, which have unexpectedly encroached on our budget. Today, we have no more money and only very meagre stocks of food for our animals... Our association is at its lowest point!
