Eric is in a very bad shape: he lost almost 150 kg!

1. He's very skinny!

Eric is a 30 year old horse that we took in because his owners could no longer take care of him.

The poor guy suffers from severe thinness, and we are having a hard time getting him to put on weight again. We estimate that he has lost almost 150 kg!

2. He's suffering from dental problems...

Eric's teeth were so badly damaged, we had to redo them. But in spite of that, he still has a lot of trouble chewing his food.

3. He has osteoarthritis.

With age and all the muscles he has recently lost, Eric suffers from osteoarthritis. His joints are painful and don't allow him to move around as easily as he used to.

4. The pellets would allow him to regain weight.

Thanks to the pellets, we could make a very nutritious porridge that Eric would have no trouble chewing. This would allow him to gradually regain weight and muscle mass.

5. We need a solution urgently!

As the quarantine forbids us to do our usual activities, we have no more money coming in. Our stocks of pellets are almost sold out. We will urgently have to find a solution!
