Shaina has osteoarthritis from sleeping on wet concrete...

1. She makes osteoarthritis!

Shaina is a 4 year old female who has been living on the street with her owner for 3 years. Lately, she has osteoarthritis in one of her front legs, which makes it difficult for her to move around during the day.

2. She lives outside, where she has to sleep on the floor...

Poor Shaina has to sleep on the concrete, often wet because of the bad weather... that doesn't help her health!

3. Blankets would keep her warm at night.

Shaina's owner has tried to sacrifice some of his own clothes to prevent her from sleeping on the floor, but this is not a lasting solution for him or her.

With blankets, Shaina would finally have a nice, dry, cozy place to sleep. Preserved from humidity, her leg would perhaps be a little less blocked when she wakes up...

4. We need help to support homeless people's pets!

In spite of the current health situation, our association manages to continue to help the dogs of homeless people.

Not being able to confine themselves and no longer being able to rely on donations from passers-by to raise a little money, the homeless are indeed very vulnerable, and their animals all the more so...
